We have two support programs. Our web based products such as Acquire
and Wrap Tools includes support in the annual subscription without
additional charge. We welcome recommendation for addition’s and
improvements to the software and will make changes without
additional charge as long as the change is beneficial to other
users.
We strive to provide the highest level of
support possible. Normally, calls are returned with the hour. We
know that most questions and problems are best addressed when they
are fresh and in the context of the application.
Support for custom
software such as Evolve is based on the needs for each customer.
The initial support on
use of the software is included in the cost of development. Support
beyond the development stage of the software may be arraigned on an
hourly basis or
under
an annual service agreement.
