Hardhat was created in 1992 by Phillip Warlick. Prior to founding Hardhat, Phil worked for a large commercial property insurer. Through this experience, Phil studied and understood the primary elements of effective workflow.  Through this experience he began working with databases and technology in 1985.  He served on the corporate program to move to distributed technology.  The concept behind Hardhat is to leverage the knowledge and experience of understanding business processes and risks and creating smart effective technology solutions for businesses.

 

In 1998 the first database driven software designed to manageOwner Controlled Programs (Large construction self-insured projects) was created.  Today, Wrap Tools is a web based product offering the most complete and affordable solution for owners and regional brokers.

 

Utilizing proven technologies and effective delivery systems asa platform, Hardhat remains reliable and affordable for its customers.
