Flexible Data Management:

The data management options:

Single workstation.

Multiple workstations with the data on a shared server.

Multiple workstations where user permissions are used to limit access to specific information.

Server based application. In this case, all software is on a shared server with a secure login. The server is accessed locally (in office) using a desktop shortcut. Outside the office users can access the data using remote access services.

Web based reporting. This provides reporting to clients and others where restrictions to specific information is needed.

No License:

Some organizations are reluctant to try custom applications because they don't want to get locked in to a process where they have little control and ownership. Hardhat provides an open product and does not license applications. Our customers own the application and are free to modify the code or use other developers. We offer low cost training and encourage user created reports. We even provide the documentation to make it easy.
